Shipments

When will I receive my order?

Shipping time will depend on your location, although you can estimate it as follows:

• Catalonia and Peninsula: 3-6 business days*
• Europe: 5-7 business days*
• USA: 3-4 business days*
• Australia: 2-14 business days*
• Japan: 4-8 business days*
• International (other): 10-20 business days*

* IMPORTANT : The shipping times we indicate are indicative and may vary depending on the type of product, its availability in stock and also depending on the operation of the courier service. However, we will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

During times of high demand, such as Christmas or Black Friday, shipping times may be longer than usual.

👉 It is very important to correctly enter all shipping details , including any additional instructions necessary to facilitate delivery. We also recommend that you add your phone number , as it may be useful for the courier service in the event of any incident.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email or text message . When we ship, you will receive a notification with all the information you need to track your order .

Where is my order shipped from?

For orders from Catalonia, the Peninsula, and Europe, the product is mostly produced in Catalonia and therefore is where it is shipped from. However, it may be the case that for specific products, colors, or sizes, and depending on availability, the product is produced from one of the other international centers.

For international orders, and with the aim of reducing shipping times as well as the product's route, we produce from other centers around the world, always with the same supplier. By reducing the product's route, we make more optimal use of mobility resources, within a more environmentally sustainable process.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

International orders, especially those involving intercontinental shipping, may be subject to additional customs handling fees. These fees are determined by the local customs agency and are beyond our control. Since customs policies vary by country, it is recommended to check with local authorities in advance for precise information on possible additional charges.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these points:

Please review your confirmation email to make sure the shipping address is correct and complete.

Contact your local post office to see if they have any information about your order.

Ask your neighbors if they received the package in your name or if the carrier was able to leave it with them.

If the shipping address entered is correct and the order has not arrived at the local post office or any nearby neighbors, please contact catalan.words@gmail.com , indicating the order number. The necessary follow-up will be made to ensure correct delivery and work will be done so that the user receives the order as soon as possible.

If the address provided contains an error, you can request a new shipment of the product. In this case —and if the order is in transit or cannot be recovered for this reason— the shipping costs will be borne by the user.

Tip: To ensure successful delivery, it is important to enter the address completely and accurately, including all relevant details (such as floor, door, stairs, etc.). It is also recommended to add an email address and a mobile phone number to facilitate contact in case of incidents.

How do I track my order?

Exchanges and returns

What is your return policy?

If the product you received does not match what you ordered or is defective, you can request a return or exchange. We are committed to resolving any such incident quickly and easily. Simply contact us and we will do our best to offer you a satisfactory solution.

I received an incorrect or damaged product. What do I do?

We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please send us an email to catalan.words@gmail.com no later than one week after receiving the product with images of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details to consider. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

Will you return the money?

Yes, we do refunds in cases where the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If you find yourself in this situation, write to us at catalan.words@gmail.com attaching some images of the affected product. Once we receive the information, we will process the return as soon as possible and refund you the corresponding amount.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
